WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Advantage Aging Solutions (AAS), your local Area Agency on Aging and Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) for North Florida. Funded by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA), AAS coordinates a variety of home and community-based services through contracts with local providers in fourteen North Florida counties.

In addition to our programs that help seniors with home and community based services, we offer a variety of evidence-based healthy aging programs in partnership with trained and certified coaches. HOW WE HELP
Advantage Aging Solutions acts as a starting point for information about programs and services for older adults, persons with disabilities and caregivers. We are also the access point for the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long Term Care Program.

AAS has certified specialists who help clients access services such as nutrition programs, in-home services and other private and publicly funded programs. Qualifying clients are adults 60 years and older, persons 18 years and older who have disabilities and caregivers of both of these populations.
In-home Services​

Do you or someone you know need some help to stay independent at home? Advantage Aging Solutions receives state and federal funding to help get services to those who need it.
​
To access services, call the Elder Helpline at 866-467-4624 to speak with our trained staff. They will conduct a telephone assessment with you or your caregiver to place you on the prioritized client list for all eligible programs. They will also provide you with additional resources as needed.
Once services are available in your county, you will be contacted to complete an in-home assessment where a case manager will thoroughly assess your situation and create a plan of care personalized to you and your needs.
