Community Care for the Elderly Lead Agency Designation in Gadsden County

The Area Agency on Aging for North Florida, Inc. (hereinafter “AAANF”) noticed a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for Community Care for the Elderly Lead Agency Designation in Gadsden County on June 30, 2023 (hereinafter the “Proposal”). Providers were required by the Proposal to submit completed RFPs no later than 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time on July 21, 2023.

The AAANF, having reviewed results of the quantitative and qualitative evaluation followed in the review of all proposals submitted, hereby announces its intent to enter contract negotiations with Elder Care Services, Inc. having determined them to be “the lowest cost, most responsive, most responsible, and most advantageous bidder” to the AAANF in compliance with this RFP.

Any entity who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision to make award the competitive solicitation shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision, which will be 2:30 pm on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
