The Area Agency on Aging for North Florida (AAANF) announces the release of the following Procurement Opportunity:
Request for Proposals is now open for the coordination and delivery of Older Americans Act Programs Titles III-B – supportive services, Titles C-1 – congregate nutrition program and C-2 – home delivered nutrition program for its new tri-county Community Care Service Area which comprises Jefferson, Madison, and Taylor Counties.

Area Agency on Aging for North Florida, Inc. d/b/a Advantage Aging Solutions is seeking responses to its Request for Proposals for the coordination and delivery of services to elders age 60 and older under Older Americans Act Programs Titles III-B – supportive services, Titles C-1 – congregate nutrition program and C-2 – home delivered nutrition program for its new tri-county Community Care Service Area which comprises Jefferson, Madison, and Taylor Counties in Florida.

Instructions on how to set up a Submittable account are included in the link above. Advantage Aging Solutions reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Every entity that intends to submit a proposal must upload a completed Notice of Intent Form which can be accessed through the procurement site listed.
The established deadline to submit a Notice of Intent Friday, November 6, 2026. No responses will be accepted past this date/time. In the event that less than two Notices of Intent are received by qualified entities by the aforementioned deadline, the Area Agency on Aging for North Florida may institute the Exceptional Purchase (as defined in section 287.012, Florida Statutes) provisions provided for by Chapter 287, Florida Statutes, for a single source contract. In which case no response to Request for Proposals shall be needed, and the AAANF will proceed under the single source provisions of section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

Wednesday, October 28,2026 at 10:00 am, Eastern Time. Interested parties must attend the Bidders’ Conference either in person at the Advantage Aging Solutions office, located at 2414 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32308
